The Denver Cowboy is set in the George Schleier Mansion, an 1880s Capitol Hill landmark full of original woodwork, hand-carved details, gargoyles, and a grand cupola. Stay in a custom-designed suite and wander out back to the Public House for cocktails and wood-fired pizza.
The Cowboy has always been about freedom; it’s a special place for travelers, dreamers, and romantics.
You’ll always find a welcome mat at our door.

You’ll find Urban Cowboy Public House in the mansion’s carriage house out back. Equal parts neighborhood watering hole and cocktail lover’s paradise, enjoy award-winning cocktails and wood-fired pizza from Monarch right inside.
